We thought it was coming, and it did. The “push-back.” Our contractors work happy, they have the best hammers, and they have their shit together, but they say this project is going to take a little longer. Apparently we are one-third of the way there, so everybody has to hold their damn horses until October (except the contractors, they need to let their horses go all nuts, we need completely bonkers horses from those guys). Sure, we are a little bummed, but this WILL give us the time to really get down and dirty with the food research and to make sure we have the tastiest titillations in town.
